🤓 Got a new pair of glasses? 🕶️
If things feel a little weird, blurry, or off-balance at first, don’t panic! It's completely normal. Your brain and eyes just need a few days to adjust to the new prescription.

Here are a few quick tips to speed up the process:
-Wear them first thing in the morning when your eyes are rested.
-Keep wearing them—switching back to your old pair only restarts the clock!
-Take short breaks if you start feeling dizzy or get a headache.

Most people adjust within 2 to 3 days, but a more significant prescription change can take up to a week. Learn more here about adjusting to new glasses:

Just got new glasses? It might feel odd for a couple of days, but that feeling will go away the more you wear them. Here’s how you can adjust to new glasses faster.
