HIP work requirements are coming, and it is important to understand what you may need to do to keep your coverage.

FSSA (My FSSA) in partnership with Covering Kids & Families of Indiana, is hosting public town halls across Indiana to help HIP members, providers, and community partners learn more about the upcoming requirements.

Even though HIP work requirements take full effect in January 2027, members may need to begin tracking qualifying activities as early as October because of the 90-day lookback period.

If you are enrolled in HIP, support someone who is, or work with individuals and families who may be impacted, these town halls may help answer important questions.

Upcoming town halls include Fort Wayne, Muncie, Terre Haute, Evansville, and Indianapolis.
