These moments have shaped me for this next chapter of my journey. I’m filled with both happiness and sadness, a true mix of emotions.
As I work on my training materials, I can’t help but reflect on all the incredible memories I’ve shared with my mentor and training partner, the infamous Michelle Pattin. Michelle poured her knowledge, passion, and experience into me, helping shape not only the artist I am today but the instructor I’m becoming.
As I step into my own, I’ll carry with me everything she has taught me and all the wisdom she so generously shared. I’ll miss our morning coffees, lunch breaks, laughs, and the celebratory drinks after long training days. I’ll miss attending conferences together, learning new techniques, and turning that knowledge into something meaningful for our PMU students.
I’m so grateful for this chapter of my growth and for the role she’s played in my journey. While this next step is bittersweet, I know the foundation she helped build will always be a part of what I do. Thank you for believing in me and helping me become the artist and educator I am today. 💕
