Each month we're reminded how special it is to gather with others, slow down together, and share an hour of sound, stillness, and presence away from everything else 'out there' together! It is also a welcome and joyful break for us! ๐Ÿ˜Œ

๐ŸŒˆDuring the month of June, we have several special public events coming up, including first-time gatherings. If you've enjoyed the peaceful experience at St. John's, you'll really appreciate the up close and personal gatherings we have planned. Join Douglas and Lotus Sound Bath at this free event on the first Monday of every month offering a great way to experience sound healing and introduce others to the experience in a beautiful, contemplative, and wonderfully acoustic surrounding. It's free so bring along friends and family and anyone in need of break, take a break for yourself, step out of routine, and take this moment to unplug to recharge! We always look forward to welcoming you to this meditative, relaxing, and uplifting gathering. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
*Registration is optional, but is helpful:

The Cathedral of St. John is located at 318 Silver Ave. SW (Silver & 3rd). Parking and entry on East side. Extra parking in adjoining lot to South -accessed from Lead Ave. Please arrive early, if possible. Registration is optional and there are no tickets. Do bring a mat or comforter, pillow, etc. per your comfort if you want to lie down. There is also plenty of seating. Please avoid strong fragrances, and kindly NO recording during session.
