Like the flyer says I will be there to do Sports Massages!! Whether it’s your highly dedicated kiddo who works tirelessly to improve their performance, Massage has many benefits for them! Or if you’re there to workout with the personal trainers at SAHQ you can also squeeze in a session to alleviate some restrictions or pain you may feel in your workouts. If you’re neither you can still contact us to book mini session and also will give ya chance to check out SAHQ!!! :)
