✨ September is Self-Care Awareness Month ✨
Self-care doesn’t have to be a big event.
Sometimes it’s simply doing one small thing that helps you feel a little more refreshed, grounded, or cared for.
🌿 Sit quietly and feel your breath for a minute.
🌿 Take a short walk outside.
🌿 Stretch or do five minutes of yoga.
🌿 Put a cool cloth over your eyes.
🌿 Clear or dust just one surface.
🌿 Use the extra-good lotion.
🌿 Take a warm bath or shower.
🌿 Drink something cold and refreshing.
🌿 Put on the eye gel patches you’ve been saving.
🌿 Sit outside and notice what you hear.
🌿 Turn off your phone for ten minutes.
🌿 Or simply do nothing for five minutes.
There’s no “right” way to practice self-care. Choose something that leaves you feeling just a little more refreshed than you did before.
