Big news for anyone who's been longing for the red rock trails of Southern Utah!

Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and Arches national parks now each have at least one all-terrain wheelchair built for off-pavement adventure, available to visitors with limited access to unpaved trails.

At No Barriers, we talk a lot about your rope team: the people who show up, cheer you on, and help you reach the summit (literally and figuratively). But sometimes the right rope team includes the right gear, too. When the tools match the terrain, more of us get to say yes to the trail. 🙌

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and this year’s theme is "Celebrating Value and Talent." People with disabilities bring skills, creativity, and perspective that strengthen every workplace. Yet, hiring barriers and bias still shut many out. Only about 38% of people with disabilities are employed, compared to 75% of those without disabilities. This month is a chance to raise awareness, challenge bias, and promote inclusive practices that benefit everyone.
