Got plans this weekend? 🧘🏾‍♀️⚽️☀️ New Mexico United asked us to do their Yoga on the Pitch event this year! Our fabulous Bree Morena de Santos is teaching it, so you know it will be outstanding!! ✨ Laura and Cristin Barnes-Shea are assisting her.

YAAY, Bree is back as one of our Studio Managers!! She was one of our managers before the pandemic. Long story short, everyone loves her!!! She is a rockstar and a dear friend . . . equal parts outstanding at yoga, teaching and managing! I’m happy beyond words!!!

MEET THE TEACHERS: Theresa O'Malley, Physical Therapy Assistant, Microbiology Ph D, and 21 Years A Yogi!

"My favorite thing about teaching is getting to know my students and helping them break through self-limiting thoughts."

Theresa is a fun, smiley, long-time yogi & teacher. She proudly describes herself as a nerd . . . which means you will learn lots in her classes! She is a physical therapy assistant and loves anatomy. She can help you if you've had an injury!

She has a Ph. D. in Microbiology and was a researcher for many years.

She has two grown children who live in Seattle and London. She is now a doting dog mom and her dogs like to join her in her yoga practice. Her hubby, Harlan, also joins her while doing yoga. The two of them even do acro yoga together!

Theresa teaches Tues/Thurs/Fri 9:30 am and Sun 11 am at the Paradise location. You can book a class with her at yogabyjulia.com!

MEET THE TEACHERS: Christina Mebust, Realtor & Free-Spirited Mama of 3!

Christina has been doing yoga for the past 10-11 years after being invited to her first class by a friend. “It was amazing how much it helped with my anxiety so . . . I stuck with it!”

“Yoga has been so amazing in my life . . . being able to release stress in a way that I didn’t have an outlet for before. It helps me be a better mom, better person, better friend because it makes me happy!”

She graduated with our first class of Yoga School teacher trainees and was on the first team of teachers when the Paradise location opened.

In addition to yoga, Christina is a realtor. It seems like she’s constantly closing deals! She loves it. Most importantly . . .

She’s a free-spirited, devoted mom to 3 kids (ages 8, 6 and 2). “They are my world. They’re the reason I do everything. They’re the reason I want to make the world a better place by helping people become self-aware through yoga!” She and her husband, Tom, have worked great as a team to create a life that allows them to do what they love!

Christina teaches Wednesday 4:30 & 6:15 pm, Friday 9:30 am, and Saturday 9:30 am at the Paradise location.

MEET THE TEACHERS: Janie Trevino . . . a personal trainer with 21 siblings!! All from the same parents!! Meet the fam in the fun video above!

Janie is laid-back and sweetly considerate of others. She works hard and is generously kind.

She's been a personal trainer for over 20 years, and a yogi for 10 of those years. She graduated from our Yoga School 200-Hour Teacher Training.

Teaching and training is her way of loving on people . . . an outlet for her nurturing self. Her classes include lots of hands-on adjustments and little extras like essential oils.

She's passionate about helping people get healthy and feeling great about themselves!

She teaches Mondays & Fridays at 4:30 pm at the Paradise location.

MEET THE TEACHERS: Allie Bailey, OG Of All The Things!

First she was one of our first students.
Then she was one of our first hostesses.
Then she was one of our first Yoga School Teacher Training graduates.
Then she was one of our first instructors at Paradise.

Now she is on our first full schedule after the pandemic . . .

Allie has a knack for being first. As well she should . . . she deserves it!! She is a role model for waking up each day and living with excellence. Day in and day out, through rain, snow, sleet and hail, Allie does her best with each moment.

That adds up after a while. If you know Allie, you’re nodding your head in agreement. This woman is a treasure to the world.
