One of our wonderful LASIK patients gifted our team with the sweetest thank you card and an adorable stuffed animal.

What makes this even more special is that our patient wanted the stuffed animal to stay at Coleman Vision so future patients could hold onto it during their procedures and feel a little less nervous.

It's such a thoughtful way to pay kindness forward, and a beautiful reminder that a little comfort can go a long way.

Dr. Coleman’s guest for this year’s Coleman Show at the AECOS meeting in Aspen was Geoff Tabin, MD, a physician and mountaineer with multiple Mt. Everest expeditions to his credit.

As described in his book “Blind Corners,” Dr. Tabin was the 4th person in the world to reach the summit of the highest peaks on all seven continents. He also is co-founder of the Himalayan Cataract Project and unbelievably also invented bungee jumping in the 1970’s while a student at Oxford University. It was truly a mesmerizing evening for all in the St. Regis ballroom!
