Nurse Practitioner — Cardiovascular Preventive Care & Health Optimization

Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000 depending on arrangement (W2, part-time, or 1099)

The Role
We're looking for a motivated, clinically excellent Nurse Practitioner to join our team and see patients across our core service lines. This is a high-autonomy role with strong collaborative support from our physician and clinical leadership team.
You'll work with patients on:
• Cardiovascular risk assessment and preventive care planning
• Primary care and chronic disease management
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — bioidentical and conventional
• Peptide therapy and evidence-based health optimization protocols
• Lifestyle medicine, labs, and personalized longevity planning
What We're Looking For
• Active NP licensure in New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in or experience with functional/integrative medicine, HRT, or preventive cardiovascular care — we'll train the right person
• Strong patient communication skills and a genuine care orientation
• Comfort in a growing, evolving clinic environment
• FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent credential — all welcome to apply
