You know how two people can sit through the same conversation and walk away with completely different stories about what happened? Our histories shape what we hear, what we notice, and what we assume. For those of us in behavioral health, that shows up with every person we work with.

I am hosting two workshop days this Friday and next Monday to slow down and explore this together. If you work in the field, or you know someone who does, I would love to have you there.
