Hawley Homecare is excited to welcome Zach Bihlman, MBA, as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)!

With more than 20 years of executive accounting and finance experience, Zach brings an impressive background in financial leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has served in executive leadership roles including Controller, Director of Finance, and Accounting Manager, helping organizations strengthen their financial performance while supporting sustainable growth.

Zach has extensive experience overseeing accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, collections, audits, budgeting, and executive financial reporting. He has also led organizations through periods of significant expansion, developed financial strategies for growing companies, and presented financial performance to executive leadership and Boards of Directors. His educational background includes both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Xavier University. 📊

As Hawley Homecare continues to grow, Zach will play a critical role in ensuring our financial strength, accountability, and long-term success. His leadership will help us build stronger financial systems, improve operational efficiency, develop meaningful KPI reporting, and position our company for continued expansion throughout New Mexico and beyond.
