Celia Mansfield, LMSW has virtual openings Tuesdays and Thursdays noon-3 or 4pm! She sees adolescents and adults.
Therapy happens for a limited amount of time each week, but your life happens every day. I want our work together to create meaningful shifts between sessions. Not simply insight or venting, but tools you can actually use in your relationships, your parenting, your nervous system, your self-talk, and your everyday life. Being human is hard. We move through seasons of joy and triumph, but also trauma, grief, loss, and uncertainty.
