As we continue to grow and serve more New Mexicans, we're expanding our services and building a Physical Therapy department within our established integrative medical practice. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a program from the ground up while stepping into a clinic with an existing patient base already ready and waiting for care.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who values meaningful patient relationships, takes a whole-person approach to healing, and enjoys working alongside a supportive team that truly puts patients first.

We’re growing and looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join the Sandia Medical Group family. If you believe healthcare should be personal, patient-centered, and focused on true healing, we’d love to meet you.

What makes this position different?

• Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
• No weekends
• No nights
• No on-call
• Option for a 4-day work week
• $125,000-$135,000 yearly
• Lower patient volume with only 12 patients per day max
• More time to truly connect with patients
• Relationship-based care
• No corporate pressure
• Root cause-focused medicine

At Sandia Medical Group, we provide integrative and wellness-focused care including IV Therapy, hormone optimization, primary care, non-invasive pain management, and alternative wellness therapies. Our mission is to help patients live healthier, more vibrant lives through personalized and evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do:
• Build meaningful relationships with patients
• Perform assessments, labs, and treatment planning
• Guide patients through personalized wellness journeys
• Administer IV therapies and hormone optimization treatments
• Educate and empower patients to take control of their health
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical standards
• Help shape the future growth of the clinic

Qualifications:
• Active New Mexico NP license
• MSN or DNP with national certification
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Passion for holistic, integrative, and functional medicine
• Experience with IV therapy, HRT, or wellness medicine is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
