New 5.0-star Review: "I was very impressed with the service I received at The Hearing Aid Store. I bought my first hearing aides from another provider and those hearing aids were no longer working properly. I searched for the latest technology and discovered Phonak Sphere I-90s and The Hearing Aid Store seemed to have the best price. When I went in for my consultation, I met with Romy (the owner). The first thing she did was check my current hearing aids and whether they were still under warranty. They were still under warranty so she recommended sending them to the factory for evaluation. I then talked with Romy about the Phonak hearing aids. She told me that they were better hearing aids and offered to let me try a set of loaners. She then performed hearing test so that the loaner hearing aids were programmed for my hearing loss. I was very impressed with how thorough the hearing test was and her attentiveness to my wants and needs. After trying the loaners, I purchased the Phonak hearing aids for an even better price than I expected. Also, my older hearing aids were replaced under warranty. I highly recommend The Hearing Aid Store."
