The HERB ANDERSON HUSTLE is a fun, non-officially timed 5K (3.1 mile) race OR a leisurely 1 mile walk with all proceeds going to benefit the Herb Anderson Memorial Park revitalization effort. The Alcester Clubhouse Grill will be offering some great specials following the race. Any suggestions on what the signature post-race Herb Anderson Hustle cocktail should be? My idea in the comments!

The 30mm needle. The workhorse in my practice. It's an inanimate object that can help the body do miraculous things. How? Well, remember the last time you scratched yourself and a scab formed and 10 days later the scab fell off to reveal new skin underneath? That's how. Think about that...creating any type of trauma in the body, forces the body to heal itself. Even the micro trauma of these very thin needles is enough to force an aggressive healing response. It's amazing to see.

It was wonderful to see some new faces yesterday on our opening day! I truly hope what we do makes a difference in the lives of those in and around our community. Clinic renovations continue, but our tentative start date is Thursday, Jan 16th. Hours are subject to change but I plan on being in the clinic Tuesday's and Thursday's. I will add hours as needed.
