Most people think balance is something you're either born with or lose as you age.

The truth is, balance can be trained.

At our upcoming Balance Workshop, we're going to teach some of the same exercises and strategies we use in the clinic to help people improve their confidence, stability, and coordination.

One of the biggest areas we'll focus on is the relationship between your eyes, your head movement, and your balance system.

One of the biggest misconceptions about chiropractic care is that it's all about the adjustment.

The truth?

The adjustment is actually the easy part.

What matters most is understanding what your body is doing before we ever get there.

How are you moving?

Where are you compensating?

What areas have become stiff, restricted, or overworked because other areas aren't doing their job?

That's what we are walking through in this video.

Before every adjustment, we're looking at how your spine moves, how your pelvis moves, how your neck moves, and how all of those pieces work together.
