📚✨ Meet Our Reading Specialist – Kaylee Jones! ✨📚

We are so excited to welcome Kaylee Jones to the KLC Pediatric Therapy team in Aledo!

Kaylee is an elementary educator in Aledo ISD who believes literacy is one of the most important tools a child can have. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Dallas Baptist University and has a true passion for helping children become confident, successful readers.

One of Kaylee’s favorite parts of teaching is building meaningful relationships with her students and watching their confidence grow. She is committed to helping young readers and writers develop strong literacy skills while fostering a love of learning along the way.

When she’s not teaching or reading, you’ll likely find her riding her Peloton or planning her next Disney World adventure! 🏰✨

📚✨ We are so excited to welcome Jaime Janicek to the KLC Pediatric Therapy team! ✨📚

Jaime will be providing **reading and math tutoring** at our East Dallas clinic and brings more than 30 years of teaching experience across all grade levels. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from East Texas State University and a Master of Science with a reading specialty from Texas A&M-Commerce.

Throughout her career, Jaime has taught in Mesquite ISD, The Little Red Schoolhouse, and The Gathering Place Homeschool, helping students build confidence and succeed academically. Reading is her specialty, and she is passionate about helping children strengthen foundational skills, close learning gaps, and feel successful in both reading and math.

Summer can feel a little looser than the school year, and that is completely okay! At KLC, we love reminding families that meaningful growth does not only happen in structured sessions or routines. 🤸

It shows up in the everyday moments too! Chatting in the car, playing outside, running errands together, or just slowing down and connecting at home. Those small, natural interactions are powerful for building communication, social, and learning skills.
So if your summer does not look “planned out,” you are still doing exactly what your child needs! ☀️
