“Where does it hurt?”
It’s the first question most of us ask. And it’s the one that keeps clients coming back with the same complaint six visits later.
The better question: does this area need strength, mobility, or both?
Because tight hip flexors + a weak pelvic floor is not a Kegel problem. Load a system that can’t lengthen and you get compensation, not carryover.
Release the hip flexors first.
Restore mobility.
Then build strength.
Wrong order = no results. Right order = clients who actually get better, not just managed.
This is the assessment logic I teach inside the Belly Balancing Masterclass — the sequencing that separates good providers from great ones.
It’s free, and it’s coming up Thursday, August 20.
