The American Case Management Association (ACMA) Conference in Richmond was a meaningful opportunity for Cogir Senior Living East Region to connect with case managers, healthcare professionals, and executive leaders from Inova Hospital, Sentara Hospital, Reston Hospital, Encompass, and other healthcare organizations.

We are so truly grateful for the conversations, connections, and shared commitment to supporting seniors and their families. We had a great discussion about how Cogir Senior Living communities can help make the transition from hospital or rehab to the right senior living setting, feel more comfortable, informed, and seamless.
