☀️ Last Day of having my
Summer Workers with me at work 🏖️!

I’ve enjoyed the boys coming to the office between camps and vacations! They’ve cleaned mats for me and lived their best life!

Thank you to my clients for supporting our family and accepting this summer arrangement with open arms! Most of you spoiled them more than they already are, and several times we had more kiddos “gaming” in clinic than clients doing Pilates!

This is what I have always dreamed for my small business! A place where we support each other and are family!

Stay tuned as we roll out new Fall classes and some weekend pop ups!! 🍁

A month ago, I attended a girls camp in town to talk with them about the benefits of exercise and Pilates!! This week I received the most precious thank you letter from those girls! Future Pilates Queens!!!

🌟 ⭐️ Star Student Alert ⭐️ 🌟

My 8am group created this award and I must say it’s been fun!! 🤩 Whoever has been the most consistent and has pushed themselves each week is given this award!! We were happy to designate Mrs. Jimmie the winner for the week! Her smile says it all!!

When you get an evening text from a client repping your koozie while fishing! He was having some shoulder pain and loved to fish and be on the water! Some PT was all he needed ! Love getting texts like this! 🐟 (Hope he catches some tasty ones)

I love when these Scoliosis girls have goals and things they want to accomplish! It is my favorite way to treat! Whether its for dancing, archery or just any every day task.. we break those activities in to parts and build it up piece by piece!

Teamed up today with MicroSchool America CenLa to teach the most precious girls some Pilates and the importance of taking care of their bodies!! 💗💗 Love this part of owning my own business and giving back to other small businesses and groups in our area!!! These girls really surprised me with their strength! 💪🏼

June is Scoliosis Awareness Month!!!

At LeBlanc PT + Wellness, each client is assessed specifically for their curve pattern and exercises are prescribed from there. Exercises for scoliosis are NOT run of the mill back pain/weakness exercises!

Make sure to get your complete assessment with me if you or your child has been diagnosed with scoliosis.
