Your Blissful Journey

Your Blissful Journey We are women conquering pain.

I empower women to tap into their inner resources and personal field to release their pain and safeguard their vitality by using and teaching the Energy Harmony Protocol ™ Most of us are mothers and caregivers who realize that when we care for ourselves, we can love more fully- love family, work, friends, and LIFE! Here you will discover the three pillars of pain management: mental, physical, and

emotional, and how vital the three in balance are to living your pain-free life. Join us if pain is coming between you and those you love, your ability to show up for work physically or mentally or a night of deep sleep is a distant memory. You have tried many things, and nothing is giving you lasting relief, or you read about the holistic approach to living your best life, and you feel it is the best path for you. If you discover what you learn on this page is helpful and want more, DM me so we can talk about your struggles and, if you are interested, how I can help you.

Do you catch yourself clenching your jaw without even realizing it?

Our facial muscles can hold tension for many reasons: stress, breathing patterns, how our teeth come together, or simply carrying too much for too long.

This simple technique takes less than a minute and can help invite your muscles to soften. Sometimes the body responds with a pulse, a sigh, or simply a sense of settling.

Your body is always communicating with you. Sometimes it just needs a little permission to let go.

Did you try it? Please share what you noticed in the comments, or send this to someone whose jaw could use a little kindness today.

Have you ever looked back and wondered...
When did I stop listening to myself?

Not all at once.

Just little by little.

So gradually that you hardly noticed it happening.

This week's essay began with one woman's whispered words after a meditation.
"I forgot she was still there."

Those words have stayed with me.

I wonder how many of us become so busy caring for everyone else that, little by little, we lose sight of ourselves.

If that feels familiar, I hope you'll spend a few minutes with this week's essay.

I'd love to hear what stayed with you after you read it.

Most women think strength is about appearance.

After my conversation with Cindy, one thing became clear:

Strength changes far more than your body.

It changes how you handle stress, recover from life's challenges, and feel when things get heavy.

If you've been feeling worn down or disconnected from yourself, I think you'll really appreciate this conversation.

Cindy also shares her free guide, Stronger in 15 Minutes, with simple ways to build strength without extreme workouts or diets.

Have you ever reached a point where you knew something needed to change but had no idea what came next?

In this conversation, Liz Taylor shares her unique approach to helping people navigate life's crossroads, whether it's choosing between two careers or simply realizing, "I can't keep living this way."

We also talk about the HabitFinder assessment, which offers a fascinating look at the patterns that quietly shape how we think, decide, and respond.

If you enjoy personality assessments as much as I do, you'll probably find this one especially interesting.

Today would have been Ken's 75th birthday. But the guy in the picture is the one I remember. The guy who loved life. The guy who loved people.

Over the past few weeks, I've shared a few stories about the man who brought laughter, adventure, kindness, and a whole lot of personality into my life.

If you knew him, you would know he had a gift for making people feel welcome.

For making them smile.
For reminding them not to take life quite so seriously.
So today, in honor of Ken, I'm asking a simple favor.

Take a moment to brighten someone's day.
A smile.
A phone call.
A helping hand.
A kind word.
Whatever feels right.

And if you did something kind today in Ken's honor, I'd love to hear about it.
I believe Ken would like that. Don't you?

The more I think about it, the more I realize that what I miss most about Ken isn't one big thing.
It's a thousand little things.
The look that said he was about to tell a story.
The twinkle in his eye when he was up to something.
The way he could make people laugh without saying a word.
The way he made people feel welcome.
As July 14 approaches, what would have been Ken's 75th birthday, I've been wondering what would make him smile.
I don't think it would be flowers.
I don't think it would be speeches.
I think it would be knowing that someone made another person's day a little brighter.
So if you're inclined, sometime on July 14, do something kind for someone.
Nothing fancy.
Just something that lets another human being know they matter.
I believe Ken would like that. Don’t you?

There are some conversations that don't fit into a social media post.

They need a little more space.

This week in Letters From Home, I'm sharing a story about a gift I carried for most of my life, the ability to read a room, and what I discovered when I realized I'd become so good at noticing everyone else that I'd stopped noticing myself.

If you've ever been the strong one, the helper, or the person who always seems to know what everyone else needs, I think this letter may speak to you.

I'd love to have you join me on Substack, where these conversations continue each week.
