As we head into the New Year, we want to share a few reminders to help keep our schedule running smoothly:

-Insurance deductibles reset at the beginning of the year, which may affect out of pocket expenses.

-A deposit is required for all new patient appointments.
The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your visit at the time of service.

-No show or late cancellation fees will apply for missed appointments.

These policies allow us to respect our providers time and continue offering quality care to all of our patients.
