Hair loss treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all.

✨ PRP scalp injections can stimulate hair follicles.

✨ Nutrafol provides nutritional support for healthy hair growth. The label recommends 4 capsules daily, but I typically recommend 2 capsules daily. More isn’t always better—especially when it comes to vitamins and minerals.

✨ Red light therapy helmets may help improve hair density over time.

These treatments work best in combination with proven medical therapies—they’re not typically stand-alone solutions. Hair loss is one of the most common concerns I see in my practice—especially in midlife and beyond!

The two most common types are:
• Telogen effluvium – increased shedding, often triggered by stress, illness, surgery, hormonal changes, medications, or nutritional deficiencies.
• Androgenetic alopecia – also known as male or female pattern hair loss, which causes gradual thinning over time.
