Today is World Mental Health Day!

October 10th is more than just a date; it's an annual global opportunity to unite in raising awareness about mental health and wellbeing. It's a day to "get people talking and to reduce stigma and discrimination towards people living with mental health challenges and for their families and communities." The more we engage in open dialogue, the more we can foster resilience and combat the pervasive issues of social isolation and loneliness.
