Alex PT showed up at the Lakes Country Triathlon this weekend. Emily’s relay team took first place, thanks to her strong run! Brian raced with the same dedication he brings to every patient he cares for.

Proud of both of them for representing our community so well!

Leah’s feeling the bitter in this bittersweet goodbye. 😅 This dynamic duo will be missed!

If these two look like they’re up to no good, it’s probably because a fun reel is on the horizon.

There’s truly no better person to learn from than Caris — the queen of creative chaos. You’re in good hands, Emily.

Welcome Emily, our new Patient Access Representative!

Emily recently moved to Alexandria to be with her fiancé and is loving the lake life that reminds her of home in Brainerd. She enjoys running, swimming, cross‑country skiing, reading, painting, and even spent two months backpacking across Europe earlier this year.

Fun fact: Emily is a triplet with two much taller brothers she’s very close to.

We’re excited to have her on the team and in the community!

Ankle sprains heal, but confidence in that ankle can require work to come back.

Late-stage return to sport PT bridges that gap — rebuilding the strength, balance, and reactive control your ankle needs to cut, land, and pivot without hesitation. It’s not just “pain-free.” It’s trusting your body again under game speed. That’s the goal: back on the field, not just back on your feet. 🦶💪
