From June 1–7, communities across the country are recognizing CPR & AED Awareness Week, highlighting the importance of lifesaving skills that can make the difference during a sudden cardiac arrest emergency.

This year, we're also helping raise awareness for the National CPR & AED Awareness Rally & March, taking place in Washington, D.C., July 23–25, 2026. Led by sudden cardiac arrest survivor and Every Second Counts CPR founder Ed Kosiec, this national event brings together survivors, healthcare professionals, first responders, educators, and advocates committed to building a nation of lifesavers.

Did you know? Immediate CPR and AED use can significantly improve survival rates when cardiac arrest occurs.

Another packed Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED class at Respond & Rescue this weekend — completely sold out. 👏
This Saturday was extra special. Greg led the class, and due to the large turnout, we had to relocate upstairs to where it all started for us last year at Classic Nurses Academy. Full-circle moment seeing another room filled with students learning lifesaving skills in the same space where so much growth began.
From parents and caregivers to healthcare students and community members, the DMV continues to show up for training that matters.
