Nancy has worked for Exceptional Opportunities for the past 45 years. Nancy currently is a full-time job coach and works her weekend at Eastland Circle. Over the years, Nancy has held many different roles with-in ExOp. Nancy is a great advocate for those she supports She is dependable, flexible, and willing to help fill shifts if she is able. Nancy always comes to work with a smile, and those she supports enjoy her presence.

Tuesday at the Algona Aktion Club meeting the individuals listened to a presentation from Officer Cotterill and Kira from the Algona Police Department! They were able to see Kira’s skills and ask questions! Thank you for all you do!

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating our Exceptional Opportunities employees and their families yesterday!

It was a beautiful day filled with laughter, good food, and great company! Everyone enjoyed pizza, refreshing lemonades, and delicious cookies while spending time together.

We are so grateful for our amazing employees and the families who support them. Thank you for making the afternoon so special!

Happy Work Anniversary to Sadie Zipse and Kasondra Richter!

Sadie has worked for Exceptional Opportunities for the past 3 years. Sadie currently is attending college so she works when she can every 90 days. She works at Women's Duplex and Westside Apartments. Sadie is very dependable, willing to pick up extra shifts when she can and always comes to work with a smile. Those she supports enjoy when she is working and just seeing her.

Kasondra has worked for Exceptional Opportunities for the past 5 years. She primarily works full-time at Richardson, but does on occasion fill in at other homes when needed. Kasondra is a great advocate for those she supports and truly takes the time to know and understand their needs. The individuals she supports enjoy seeing her everyday she works.
