BYE BYE ARM PAIN 💪

"Before coming to Diamond I had a lot of upper arm pain and lack of mobility. After just a few weeks, my mobility is excellent and the pain is nearly zero. The therapy team of Amy and Katie are excellent!"

REAL RESULTS FOR REAL BALANCE ISSUES

"Bending & stretching are much better. I go for a walk by myself, I had to use a walker before. I take a shower by myself & can stand for more than 15 minutes to fold laundry. Making my bed takes a bit of time but I can still change my sheets without help. I had to use a cane & grabber to pick up my newspaper from the driveway and I couldn’t get my mail from the mailbox myself but now I can make the trip on my own. "

Therapy Thursday Thoughts

When performed appropriately, squats improve knee strength and tolerance rather than causing damage. A physical therapist can help guide you.

Why It Works Wednesday

Your physical therapist may look at how joints work together during movement. Improving coordination may help some people move with less discomfort.
✅ Tip: The focus is usable movement, not flexibility goals.

ENJOYING LIFE PAIN FREE FINALLY

"I tore my labrum playing football. I started physical therapy with little hope of getting on the field again but the therapists here allowed me to reach that goal. I had surgery a couple months later and I’m now fully recovered. I could not be happier with my experience here. Everyone is always so positive and in a good mood."

REAL RESULTS FOR REAL BACK PAIN ✨

"I arrived having also gone to a pain management doctor who had just prescribed three medications for disc degeneration that caused nerve pain, muscle pain and bulging disc in my lower back. Due to the therapy, including treatments plus all of the exercises I learned that I do at home. I have discontinued use of all medications. I’m able to manage my pain on my own. Although my situation is not curable, it’s definitely manageable. Now, I know I can always come back in the future if I need to. I’m so very grateful to have come to Diamond Physical Therapy!"

PLAYING SOFTBALL AND PICKLEBALL AGAIN ✨

"I was sad due to my ankle injury, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to play sports again but physical therapy gave me the reassurance that my ankle would be okay. I learned how the brain works with ankle injuries - able to adjust to my regular activities using the band exercises Kerry and Mike recommended. My ankle feels great and I’m getting stronger. Now, I can play pickleball and softball."
