POV: You let someone poke your face with a literal needle 27 times and now we’re shocked by one tiny bruise. 😅

A few things we need to stop pretending are surprising:

• Bruising can happen. It does not automatically mean something went wrong.
• Botox is not finished at day five. Give it the full 10 to 14 days.
• Filler can look uneven while the swelling settles.
• More product does not always mean better results.
• The first 48 hours are not the time to panic, zoom in or inspect your face from every angle.

Good aesthetics take strategy, restraint and a little patience. Let it settle before you spiral.

💉 Bruising from tox happens to the best of us… even me! 😅

Why? Because I literally stuck a needle in my face.

Bruising is a normal possibility with any injectable treatment. Even with the best technique, tiny blood vessels can be nicked, and everyone’s anatomy is different. It doesn’t mean anything was done incorrectly—it just means you’re human.

The good news? Most bruises are temporary, easy to cover with makeup after the appropriate timeframe, and fade within a few days to a couple of weeks.

So if you leave with a little bruise, don’t panic. It happens—even to your injector! 😉
