30 h online & self study
30 h personal practice (taking classes in person or online)
15h observing classes (in person or online)

✨Get your certification on your own time at the location of your choice!
✨Upon completion of your 100 hours, you will earn your MELT ACADEMY Classical Mat Pilates certification. This certification will prepare you to teach classes and also prepare you to sit for the national exam offered by NPCP (this certification is optional and depends on your hiring studio).
✨Purchase the course through Mindbody and you will be sent the passcode to access the course through Google Classroom.
