We’re so honored to welcome Victoria Roush to the Locust Corner Wellness team!

Victoria is a yoga teacher and menopause wellness coach whose approach centers around gentle movement, breath, rest, and mindful self-connection. Her classes are grounding, supportive, and designed to help students release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel more at home in their bodies.

Rooted in compassion and empowerment, Victoria’s teaching reminds us that yoga is not about perfection, it’s about creating a sense of safety, confidence, and belonging within ourselves.

Join me for Restorative Yoga, a deeply calming class created to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and ease into the week feeling more grounded, rested, and connected to yourself.

This class is especially supportive for anyone navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, fatigue, or simply needing a peaceful space to pause and restore.

You can expect gentle supported postures, breath awareness, deep rest, and a nurturing environment where your body is invited to soften without force or pressure.

A new chapter: Victoria Roush Yoga → Integrative Menopause Wellness 🌿

Friends, I’m thrilled to share that I’m focusing my work entirely on supporting women through peri-menopause through post-menopause.

This shift grew from years of navigating my own menopause transition without support, being dismissed by doctors, and no community support to lean on—plus countless conversations with women who felt unseen, overextended, and under-supported. You deserve specialized, compassionate, and evidence-informed care during this powerful life transition.

Why the change?

Because menopause isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a season to be supported.
The symptoms are real (sleep challenges, hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog, joint pain, fatigue), and whole-person care makes a real difference.
My approach integrates yoga therapy, nervous-system regulation, breathwork and meditation, gentle strength & mobility, and Ayurveda-inspired daily practices—so you can create balance that actually lasts.

My goals for this community:

-Reduce chronic stress and overall symptom burden

-Restore sleep, clarity, strength, and confidence

-Offer practical tools you can use in under 30 minutes

-Build a warm, judgment-free community for women 35+

-Partner with healthcare providers to bridge holistic + conventional care

-1:1 & small-group Integrative Menopause Yoga Therapy programs

-Women’s Wellness Circles (education + practice + support)

-Short, beginner-friendly strength & mobility sequences
