Victoria is a yoga teacher and menopause wellness coach whose approach centers around gentle movement, breath, rest, and mindful self-connection. Her classes are grounding, supportive, and designed to help students release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel more at home in their bodies.

Rooted in compassion and empowerment, Victoria’s teaching reminds us that yoga is not about perfection, it’s about creating a sense of safety, confidence, and belonging within ourselves.

We’re so excited to welcome Maria Hawk to the Locust Corner Wellness team!

Maria has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018 and is passionate about creating a safe, peaceful environment where clients feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their healing journey.

Her approach to bodywork is rooted in meeting people where they are, with intentional care and open communication surrounding each client’s goals and needs. Maria especially enjoys prenatal massage and myofascial release techniques.

We’re grateful to have her as part of the growing wellness community here at Locust Corner Wellness 🌿
