North Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology of Allen will permanently close on Friday, October 30, 2026.
Patient care will not be interrupted as a result of this transition. Dr. Sameera Tallapureddy will continue to manage your care at the same location and with the same phone number, under a new practice name. Patients may schedule their next appointment directly with Dr. Tallapureddy.
Patients may also choose to receive care from one of our other providers in Denton, Flower Mound, McKinney, Plano, or Weatherford. These options are available to ensure that patients can continue to receive the care and support needed without unnecessary delay.
Dr. Tallapureddy will be the custodian of all patient records for the Allen office. To request a copy of your records or have them transferred to another provider, please contact Dr. Tallapureddy directly.
