Your body talks to you in more ways than back or neck pain...👀 Here are 4 everyday signs it might be asking for an adjustment⤵️

1️⃣. Difficulty winding down at night😴: Your spine protects your nervous system. When there’s dysfunction (like restricted movement or misalignment), it can increase sympathetic activity (fight-or-flight) and reduce parasympathetic activity (rest-and-digest).
👉This imbalance can make it harder for your body to slow down and fall asleep.

2️⃣. Constant digestive fatigue🌀: Digestive is controlled by the autonomic nervous system, especially the parasympathetic branch (vagus nerve).
👉Spinal dysfunction (especially in thoracic/lumbar areas may interfere with nerve signaling to digestive organs, affecting motility and function.

3️⃣. Frequent headaches🤕: Thight muscles, joint restriction, or irritation in the cervical spine can affect nearby nerves and blood flow.
👉This is linked to tension-type headaches and even some migraines.

4️⃣. Getting sick often🤧: Chronic stress and nervous system imbalance can impact immune function.
👉Research shows prolonged sympathetic activation (stress mode) may weaken immune response, making you more prone to illness.

If you’re experiencing one or more of these signs, comment the word ‘READY’ and we’ll reach out to help you schedule an appointment!
