TGIF! We’re already 2 weeks into 2024! What are some of your personal goals this year?
Dr. Anderson shares some quick tips for living a healthy lifestyle this year:
*Eat a balanced diet - Avoid processed foods and load up on nutrient-dense veggies & high-quality protein sources. And drink lots of water!
*Get moving - I recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily for muscle and heart conditioning
*Mind your mind - Prioritize your mental and emotional well being - meditate, pray, take time for self care
*Get a good night’s rest - Sleep resets your body and is a vital component to good health
*Simplify - Eliminate distraction and de-clutter for a stress free environment

Because of your business, we have been able to give back through Compassion International this year by purchasing cows, goats and chickens for families in need, which gives them food to eat and to sell at the market to help families with farming and to give nutritious milk and goats to give a family nutritious food and a source of income.
