BeneFIT offers more than two decades of experience providing employers with customized corporate wellness programs to encourage healthy lifestyles and cultures.

orksite and an employee’s health are closely related, so BeneFIT focuses on positively impacting the overall health of employees. We do this by connecting the stakeholders in the health care continuum: employees, employers, brokers, and primary care providers.
• Employees are provided with education and access to the tools they need to take charge of their personal wellness and make healthier lifestyle choices. Employers receive strategic support from BeneFIT to initiate and build a culture of wellness in their companies.
• Primary Care Providers engage with lifestyle support programs designed to empower employees at risk or living with chronic illness.
• Brokers receive solutions and support to help their clients (employers) start and sustain a corporate wellness program and maximize resources through the insurance payer. Locally managed and onsite, BeneFIT is available to employers in eastern Pennsylvania regardless of size or health plan.
