Unpopular opinion: all of the challenges that you go through in this life, you chose them before you were born. Some people have no problem understanding this. Other people have a lot of difficulty with it because they have had trauma or been abused. I am not victim blaming. I was also abused, as a child and in my early adulthood. But the fact of the matter is, we chose to learn certain lessons and we made Soul contracts with certain people in our life, even the ones who weren't so nice to us. I did it too! When you cross over to the spirit world, and you're able to look at the bigger picture of things and how the ultimate goal of every lifetime is to be able to learn lessons so your soul can evolve, it's a lot easier to understand. When you are in this lifetime and you have to deal with the emotions of everything, I can understand how it would be difficult to comprehend this. But when we are in spirit, it's almost like the emotion of our experiences is removed and we can understand things from a more logical standpoint.
