Jackie never expected to start a business. She was focused on caring for her mother, Ruby, who was loving, strong, and always put others first.

When Ruby became ill, Jackie took care of her and saw how important real caregiving is—patience, trust, and kindness make all the difference. After Ruby passed away, Jackie was deeply heartbroken.

But in that loss, she found purpose. To honor her mother, she created You Can Count on Ruby LLC, naming it after her.

The business is built on Ruby’s memory and values—treating every client with the same love, respect, and care she showed in life.

Now, her legacy lives on through every family helped and every life touched.
