A beautiful surprise to brighten the day! 🌻💐 Residents at Governor's Village were treated to a lovely floral delivery from Jewish Women in Action. Thank you for sharing your kindness and bringing so many smiles to our community! 💛

Good food, great company, and a little front porch relaxation! 🍽️🍂 Springvale Assisted Living residents wrapped up their final lunch outing of the year with a delicious trip to Cracker Barrel! From comfort food to browsing the country store, it was an afternoon well spent. And don't worry, there are still plenty of adventures ahead! 🚌💛

🍂🍁 A Season of Thankfulness! 🍁🍂

Our residents helped us create something beautiful this fall! ❤️ Residents and staff wrote down something they are thankful for on a colorful leaf, and together, we added them to a once-bare tree, transforming it into a beautiful fall bulletin board filled with gratitude, love, and appreciation. 🍂🌳

It’s a wonderful reminder that even the smallest things in life can bring the greatest joy and that there is always something to be thankful for. We are so grateful for our amazing residents and the special memories we create together! 🧡

🐦🌿 A little creativity, a lot of teamwork, and some feathered friends! 🌿🐦

We had a wonderful time welcoming the students from Alma High School’s Skills Class to our community today! ❤️ Together with our residents, the students enjoyed a fun craft activity making bird feeders out of pinecones, peanut butter, and birdseed.

Once the feeders were finished, everyone headed outside to hang them on feeders and trees around our residents’ apartments and throughout the courtyard. 🌳🐦

It was a beautiful way to spend time together, share smiles, make memories, and bring a little extra nature to our community! We are so thankful to the students and their class for visiting and sharing this special time with our residents. 💚

We can’t wait to see which feathered visitors stop by for a treat! 🐦🥜

Things got a little saucy today at our community! 😆 Our residents put their skills to the test in a hilarious spaghetti-eating challenge! With their pictures, a little yarn, and a spool, they raced to see who could slurp up their “spaghetti” the fastest! 🍝🏆

We love finding fun and creative ways to bring smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition to our days!

Who knew eating spaghetti could be THIS much fun?! 😂🙌

🌺🌴 Aloha Happy Hour!

We brought a little taste of Hawaii to our community today! 🌺 Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of entertainment with a local hula group who shared the beauty of Hawaiian music, songs, and dance. 🎶💃

Some of our residents got into the island spirit by dressing up in grass skirts and colorful leis, and even joined in to learn some traditional Hawaiian dances and songs! 🌸 There were smiles and plenty of aloha all around! ❤️

A big mahalo (thank you) to our wonderful performers for making our Happy Hour so special and bringing a little sunshine and island magic to our day! 🌞🌺
