We were honored last week at the Nebraska Rural Health Conference in Kearney to hear from leadership legend John Cook.

Coach Cook shared powerful insight on what true leadership looks like, building trust, staying consistent under pressure, and creating a culture where people feel valued and accountable. His message was a strong reminder that great leadership isnโ€™t just about results, but about how you develop and support the people around you.

Several members of our HCHS leadership team were fortunate enough to attend and learn from his experience and perspective. His words were both motivating and directly applicable to how we lead and serve in rural healthcare every day.

Weโ€™re grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone who has led at such a high level and continues to inspire leaders across Nebraska and beyond.
