When I did my hypnosis training, I really didn’t think I wanted to work with people who want to lose weight. As a fitness trainer, I’ve been helping people do that for years. I was wanting to explore other things…However, it seems like that has been the most common client. The good news is that have been very successful with these clients. The most common clients are the ones who do the night snacking or even middle of the night eating.
So far, one session seems to resolve this habit. It’s great to see someone months later and they tell me the desire to snack after dinner or midnight, has not returned…
