Last Wednesday, more than 250 members of our Community Mental Health team gathered for required all-staff training. Staff from every department took part in a half day of learning, collaboration, and professional development, all focused on one goal—continuing to provide the highest quality care and support to those we serve.

The day also offered a great chance to connect with colleagues, strengthen relationships, and enjoy some well-earned fun. Thank you to the food trucks for keeping everyone fueled, and a special thank you to the Scoop Squad from the Alpena County Sheriff’s Office for treating our staff to ice cream. Your generosity and partnership made the day even more meaningful.

Most importantly, thank you to every team member. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment make a difference every day in the lives of the individuals, families, and communities we serve. We are grateful for you and proud to work alongside you.
