We are excited to welcome our newest Behavior Analyst!
"My name is Jordan Hand, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and began working with Progress ABA in July of 2026. I was born and raised in Georgia and earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Kennesaw State University, before completing my Master's degree in General Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University.

I have experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities across school, home, and community settings. I am passionate about collaborating with families and educators to create individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment plans that help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and succeed in their everyday environments.

One of my favorite parts of being a Behavior Analyst is watching children gain confidence as they reach new milestones and seeing the positive impact that progress has on their families.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, exploring antique stores, and spending time with family and friends"

Joy brings a passion for teaching and a strong background in public health to our team 💙 With her Master’s in Public Health from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from University of Georgia, she’s dedicated to advocacy, education, and helping others thrive.

Since joining Progress ABA in 2021, Joy has been committed to supporting children with autism in reaching their full potential 🌱
