Do you leak or feel pelvic pressure when you jump rope?
Before you blame your pelvic floor strength, look at your position.
A common mistake we see is jumping with the rib cage pushed forward and the pelvis behind you.
This changes how your rib cage, core, and pelvis are stacked—and can make it harder for your pelvic floor to respond quickly to the repeated impact of jumping.
Try this quick adjustment:
✔️ Stack your rib cage over your pelvis
✔️ Look ahead and slightly down instead of up
✔️ Keep your body centered as you jump
Then try jumping again.
Sometimes the answer isn't more Kegels.
Sometimes your pelvic floor just needs a better position to do its job.
Save this and try it during your next workout!
