Miss Kitty Harrell for the past two years, you have been a source of comfort, hope, strength, and compassion for our patients, families, and team members. During some of life's most difficult moments, you have provided a listening ear, a caring heart, and unwavering spiritual support.
Your kindness, faith, and dedication have touched countless lives and made a lasting impact on our hospice family. The grace and love you bring to your work each day remind us all of the true meaning of hospice care.

Nothing better than smiles, laughter, and fun with Memory Care residents at Manor Lake Hickory Flat today!

Everyone had an amazing time playing ring toss, sharing laughs, and making sweet memories together. Activities like these bring so much joy and connection to their residents, and we are so thankful to be part of these special moments.

A huge shoutout to Morgan and Laurette — way to go, ladies! Your kindness, energy, and compassion truly light up the room and make an intentional difference every single day.
