Mon. Oct. 13, 9am-11am
Sat., Oct. 18, 9am-12pm

Call the office to schedule flu shots for your children and you (the parents). Sorry no grandparents!
If you can't make these dates, call and schedule a nurse visit or do at your child's well visit.
