Join us on Tuesday September 29th for a hands-on workshop focused on injury prevention and recovery. Whether you’re just getting started on a new hobby or years into the game, injuries can happen, and we’re here to help!

We will be doing functional movement assessments along with helping to develop warm-up routines and daily mobility exercises to keep you primed and ready to take on all your weekend activities. 🏋️‍♀️🏌️🏊🚴‍♀️🧘‍♂️
