And it's a wrap! My interview as an expert on positive body image for the documentary is complete. The premiere should be around January. What an incredible experience! Here I am after make up, during production, and with the Producer, Gino Payne!

I will be featured as a positive body image expert in the documentary, GRRRL, on Wednesday! Please be on the lookout for photos and I will keep everyone posted on the premiere. I can't wait to promote the message of self love and discuss how harmful body shaming is.

Hopewell Middle School presentation was a success! Thank you to the School Social Worker, Rikki McCoy, for coordinating this. Parents took away many helpful tools to manage stress in their families! The presentation will be posted here next week so stay tuned.

Thank you to Sanofi Genzyme for providing me with the opportunity to present on Mindfulness to those who face challenges with multiple sclerosis. I can't wait to do this again, but this time, at the Chattanooga Marriott next week!
