There’s something very archetypal about Blood Moon - sky changing color, world quiet, that threshold feeling. 🔴

Happy Lunar New Year 🧧🏮 and welcome the Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎!

A year that invites forward movement, clear intention, and the courage to embrace change ✨
Fire Horse energy is about momentum — stepping forward with confidence and creating a life that reflects strength and optimism 💫

Traditionally, homes are refreshed for the New Year — cleaned, cleared, and filled with color and life.
Red and gold ❤️✨ invite luck and prosperity and living plants symbolize growth, balance and positive energy.

Sometimes the healing isn’t in doing more.
It’s in softening the nervous system, gaining perspective, and letting the body exhale.

Order doesn’t begin with scrubbing — it begins with regulation.
When the mind settles, the space follows.

Rest, perspective, and self-compassion are not avoidance.
They are part of the medicine 🕯️🌿🏠 ❄️❄️❄️

Acupuncture is powerful ✨, but it’s only part of the picture. We also use our clinical knowledge and experience to understand what may really be going on beneath the surface—and help you get to the root of the issue 🌿, just as we did for this client.
